Sago pastries (Payasam)




Ingredients:

1.Sago's - 1 cup
2. Milk - 4 cups
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Cashew nuts - 15
5. Kissmiss - Half cup
6. Cardamom powder

Method of Preparation:

1.Soak soga for 6 or 7 hours and remove water in it.
2. Take soga and add two cups of water then boil it.
3. After boiling add 4 cups of milk and sugar boil it for 2 min
4. Fry the Cashew nuts and kissmiss in one bowl.
5. In soga pastries (payasam) add Cardamom powder kissmiss and cashew nuts thats it, Tasty tasty pastries (Payasam) is ready.
